Angelica and Salvador brought their family's recipes from Zacatecas, Mexico to Nampa in 2015. Every dish is made the way their parents taught them — handmade carnitas slow-cooked for hours, salsas prepared fresh each morning, and meats seasoned with recipes passed through generations.
